Hi,just wondering if anyone has a custom
boat loader fitted to a hilux canopy?we have just purchased one second hand and are curious to see how they have been fitted.

You will find that it will need to be strengthened from the inside with aluminium tube so it can take the weight .The canopy itself will more than likely not be strong enough to house a
boat.

A mate has one of the custom
boat loaders fitted on the dual cab Ford..same size as the Hilux.
Custom
Boat Loaders did the internal ally work under the fibreglass frame and then fitted their
loader
workmanship was excellent and works a treat
